Cookies

This page lists every cookie and every piece of browser storage Sklyvo uses, what each one is for, and how long it lasts. It is a complete list, not a sample.

What counts as a cookie here

A cookie is a small piece of data your browser stores and sends back to us on the next request, so the service can tell one visit from another. Alongside cookies, a web application can keep data in the browser’s own storage — local storage and session storage — which never travels to a server but sits on your device just the same. Both are covered here, because from your side they are the same thing: something the site left behind on your machine.

Under EU rules, storage that is strictly necessary for a service you asked for does not need consent. Anything else does. That distinction runs through the rest of this page.

Essential cookies

These keep the product working. Without them the service cannot tell a signed-in session from a stranger, and sign-in stops working entirely. All of them are set by Sklyvo itself, are marked httpOnly so no script on the page can read them, are limited to our own domain, and travel over HTTPS only.

• session_user_id — keeps you signed in. Holds a signed token identifying your account and the version of your session, and nothing else. Lasts 30 days, or until you sign out, change your password, or we revoke your sessions.
• pending_2fa — set only between entering your password and confirming your second factor, so the app knows which sign-in the code belongs to. Lasts 10 minutes and is deleted the moment the check finishes, either way.
• webauthn_challenge — set only while a passkey is being registered or used. Holds the one-time challenge your device signs, and is deleted as soon as the device answers.
• sklyvo_admin_return — set only for our own platform administrators, when one of them opens a workspace for support and needs a way back to their own account. Lasts 8 hours. It is never set on a customer account.

None of these require consent, because the service cannot run without them. You can still delete them in your browser at any time; the only consequence is that you will be signed out.

Browser storage

These are not cookies. They stay in your browser, are never sent to us, and exist so the app does not forget your own choices between visits. Clearing your site data removes them and the app carries on with its defaults.

• sklyvo-language — the interface language you picked.
• sklyvo.regional-locale — the regional format used for dates and numbers.
• sklyvo-radar-country — the country you last searched in, so Radar opens where you left off.
• sklyvo-radar-recent-searches — your recent searches, offered back to you as suggestions.
• sklyvo-autopilot-sniper-settings — the tone and length you last set for drafting.

Analytics and advertising

There are none. Sklyvo runs no analytics service, no product-tracking tool, no advertising pixel and no third-party tag of any kind. Nothing here profiles you, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to ask you about.

The only record of your visits is the ordinary server log our hosting provider keeps, described in the Privacy Policy. It is not built from cookies and is not tied to a profile of you.

Cookies set by other companies

Three situations put a cookie on your device that is not ours. You start each one yourself, and the other company’s own policy governs what it stores.

• Signing in with Google, Facebook or LinkedIn. The provider and our authentication layer set cookies during the handshake, so the round trip can be matched up and verified.
• Paying. Checkout runs on Stripe’s own pages. Stripe sets what it needs to take the payment and to detect fraud. We never see your card details, and Stripe’s cookies never reach us.
• Connecting a mailbox. Authorising Google or Microsoft happens on their sign-in pages, under their cookies.

How long they last

Every lifetime is listed with the cookie above. In short: the sign-in cookie lasts thirty days and renews while you keep using the product, the two short-lived ones live for minutes and are deleted as soon as the step they exist for is done, and browser storage stays until you clear it.

How to control them

• Sign out. That removes the session cookie immediately.
• Clear cookies and site data in your browser settings, at any time, for this site alone or for everything.
• Block cookies for our domain entirely. Sign-in will stop working, which is a browser choice we cannot override, but nothing else about your data changes.
• Write to support@sklyvo.com if anything here is unclear, or does not match what you actually see in your browser.

Changes

If we ever add storage that needs your consent, we will ask before setting it, and this page will list it with the same detail as everything above. Smaller corrections simply update the date at the top.
